Announcing the Rotary Club of Dupont Circle's 2nd Annual Oktoberfest celebration! All proceeds will benefit the Club's footbridge project in partnership with the Rotary Club of Harare City, Zimbabwe, raising funds to build a bridge to help kids in a rural Zimbabwean village get to school.
