The first written mention of scotch occurred in 1495, and centuries later, this potent potable continues to inspire authors and serve as a base for creative mixologists around the world. Acclaimed bartender Chantal Tseng turns her attention to the drink during her Literary Cocktails series, where she will teach a class on scotch cocktails in honor of Robert Burns Night. You'll hear a reading from one of the world's most well-known poets, learn about the history and production of scotch and take part in a delicious tasting.
