Voguing Masquerade Ball October 15, 2016 1–4 p.m. ARTful Care community arts project 4:30–5:30 p.m. Voguing panel discussion 5:30–6:30 p.m. Docent-led tours   7:30–10 p.m. Masquerade ball Don your masks and join the National Museum of African Art and the underground ballroom community for an evening of vogue, education, and history featuring Keith “Ebony” Holt. In conjunction with the exhibition Senses of Time: Video and Film-based Works of Africa, watch ballroom voguing inspired by Yinka Shonibare MBE’s featured work Un Ballo in Maschera. World-renowned DJ Vjuan Allure, ballroom icon Jack Mizrahi, the Voice of Baltimore Mook Mizrahi, and Ori body-painting artist Laolu will also be showcased. Free and open to the public
